The top trend on Twitter all day has been #RoyalWedding and when they were tying the knot the top 10 trends had to do with the wedding. Social networks worldwide are buzzing allowing people to share photos, news and stories in real time and getting reactions as well. Search Engines everywhere are seeing a surge of Royal Wedding related keywords and 10 of the top 20 searches on Google in the U.S have been related to the Royal Wedding.
